How therapy works

Therapy is a space just for you — a place to talk openly, explore your thoughts and feelings, and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

In our work together, we may:

  • Explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviour

  • Gently understand where difficulties come from

  • Develop practical tools to support your wellbeing

  • Build self-compassion, confidence, and emotional awareness

  • Use mindfulness to help you feel more present and grounded

Sessions are collaborative and guided by your needs. Some sessions may feel reflective, others more practical. We’ll regularly check in to make sure the work feels helpful and aligned with your values and goals.
