What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally paying attention to present‑moment experience with curiosity, openness, and kindness. It helps us step out of automatic pilot, reduce reactivity, and cultivate a steadier, more compassionate relationship with our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.
For many people — especially high achievers, those experiencing stress, anxiety, or low mood — mindfulness offers a practical, evidence‑based way to develop resilience, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of clarity and balance.
